Reservations & Payment
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00) onwards, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM (11:00). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and can be requested during booking or via our concierge.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Direct Bank Wire Transfers, and Cash / Card on Arrival (Pay at Hotel).
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the first night room charge.
Hotel Stay & Amenities
Yes, we provide 24/7 airport transfers in luxury Mercedes-Benz and Audi executive sedans. Transfers can be booked online during reservation or by contacting our concierge team.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi 6 (up to 500 Mbps) is provided across all guest rooms, suites, restaurants, pool decks, and conference halls.
Dining & Events
Absolutely. Our master chefs prepare dedicated vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and Jain meals. Please let us know your preferences during booking or when placing dining orders.
