Cancellation & Refund Policy
Terms governing booking modifications and cancellations
Standard Cancellation
Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date (before 2:00 PM local time) will receive a 100% refund of the deposit amount.
Late Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival or failure to arrive (No-Show) will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the first night room tariff plus applicable taxes.
